Shipping policy

We do not ship physical items. Everything we sell is a digital, downloadable product.

How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email containing your download link. Delivery is normally instant and in almost all cases arrives within a few minutes.

If you do not receive your download link
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it has been more than one hour and you still cannot find it, contact us using the details in our Contact Information page and we will resend it right away.

Multi-pack orders
If you purchase a 2 or 3 planner pack, your confirmation email includes a separate download link for each copy in the pack, so you can send one directly to a friend or classmate.

No shipping fees
Because nothing is physically shipped, no shipping costs are added at checkout.
